Counter Sales Representative - Franklin, OH Branch

Wiseway is looking for a full-time Counter Sales Representative. This opportunity allows the individual to be a part of a fast-paced, growing organization. The individual in this position will:

  • Ensure order entry and picking accuracy measures 100% by following company procedure.
  • Facilitate delivery by obtaining complete shipping instructions and contact information and including the information in the order header.
  • Facilitate billing by obtaining purchase order number or job name and signature for every invoice.
  • Answer telephones in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Support and actively promote marketing initiatives (specials, promotions, etc.).
  • Report customer concerns or complaints to Branch Manager immediately.
  • Strive to continuously improve product, technical, and computer system knowledge.
  • Build sales by developing relationships with customers.
  • Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and conduct.
  • Ensure counter area is maintained in a clean, orderly, and well-stocked manner.
  • Adhere to the Company’s safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Notify the customer of any inventory or delivery delays or problems and offer solutions.
  • Provide alternative shipping methods to improve efficiency.
  • Double check will call and customer pick-up orders for accuracy.
  • Report any damage to, or defect in, equipment, facility, or merchandise to Branch Manager immediately.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Branch Manager.

Warehouse/Truck Driver

Wiseway is looking for a full-time Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver for our Distribution Center in Blue Ash, OH. This opportunity allows the right candidate to be a part of a fast-paced, growing organization.

As a Full Time Warehouse Associate/ Truck Driver you will be responsible for the distribution of plumbing, electrical and lighting supplies from our warehouse to various customers in the area. You will report to the warehouse in the mornings to get the daily job assignment. You may be working in the warehouse or driving for the day. As the warehouse associate you will pick and pack product based on orders using the RF scanner. As the truck driver you will be the face of Wiseway with our customers by loading and unloading product for deliveries to local customers in the area.

Other responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate includes:

  • Ensure order picking accuracy measures 100% by double checking all orders.
  • Strive to continuously improve product, technical, and computer system knowledge.
  • Have a safety-focus at all times.
  • Notify order creator of any inventory or delivery delays or problems.
  • Make sure will-calls are staged within one hour.
  • Ensure all products are stocked in designated locations

Other responsibilities of the Delivery Driver includes:

  • Loading and unloading product
  • Recording information on delivery receipt
  • Listening to and resolving service suggestions
  • Cleaning inside of truck
  • Recording daily Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR)


  • Strong focus on Customer Service
  • Must be able to push/pull pallet jack or cart weighing 350lbs.
  • Verified safe driving record, DOT physical.
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions,
  • Strong Communication skills, and proven attention to detail.
  • Must be able to operate 26ft box truck with manual transmission.
